Meet our founder Megan!

Being an empowered woman and helping other women become confident and successful literally
runs in Megan Bologna's bloodline. Coming from a family filled with powerful women, Megan learned at a young age about self confidence, over coming defeat, and how to become spiritually, mentally and physically fit. She grew up in the pageant world from toddler age and finished her competition days on the Miss Teen USA stage in 2003. For the last 13 years she has coached thousands of pageant competitors and women from across the world on becoming mentally and physically fit through her business Megan Bologna Fit.

And then Empowered by Megan was born.......

Empowered by Megan was a constant thought in Megan's mind for the last few years and finally came to fruition in early 2023. Megan has been the go to expert on finding the best swimsuit styles to suit women's unique shapes for many years now. One problem she constantly ran into was finding fashion forward, trend setting swimwear with appropriate glute coverage for those competing on stage. She also ran into a lack of style variations for the countless, beautiful variations in body shapes and sizes. Her belief that every single woman no matter their shape or size should be able to find options that make them feel beautiful and confident launched Empowered like a rocket! This is for every woman out there in this world! BE EMPOWERED!
